The Short Sleeve Rival Paddling Jacket is built like a dry top and features an inner tunnel for use with a spray skirt. Instead of latex gaskets, it uses neoprene neck and bicep bands to prevent water intrusion. Lightweight hydrophobic 2.5-layer stays lighter, dries faster, breathes better, and prevents condensation. The articulated cut gives you room to move without being restricted or lost in excess fabric.
